The Center for Safety & Change Telephone Crisis Hotline is answered 24 hours/day, seven days/week. During business hours, the Hotline is answered by Center for Safety & Change’s professional staff; at all other times the Hotline is answered by Center for Safety & Change’s specially trained volunteers. Center for Safety & Change’s professional staff or volunteers are always available to answer questions, provide information and referrals, and arrange for advocacy, counseling, and all other Center for Safety & Change services at any time, day or night, 365 days per year.
