Services for domestic violence victims who are Hasidic or Orthodox Jewish are provided on the campus of a local college, as well as at Center for Safety & Change office locations.

Center for Safety & Change also maintains a presence at all six domestic violence courts in Rockland County. When those courts are in session, Center for Safety & Change staff can meet with and provide services and information to domestic violence victims. Domestic violence courts are located in the Towns of Clarkstown, Orangetown, and Ramapo and in the Villages of Spring Valley and West Haverstraw; an Integrated Domestic Violence Court (IDV) in New City serves the entire county.

Non-residential domestic violence victims served by Center for Safety & Change are permitted to use our post office box for secure correspondence with our staff. Center for Safety & Change also adheres to all confidentiality requirements and disclosure guidelines.
